I was almost tempted to leave a good review, but the parking situation was ridiculous, having to search for a spot like I was in a free-for-all! And just one desk chair in my room? Fantastic experience, if you enjoy sitting uncomfortably. I expected a complimentary upgrade and instead got a lack of comfort.

The hotel offers beautiful mountain views from rooms.

Upon arrival, I faced frustrating check-in delays that seemed unnecessary. The air conditioning in my room was ineffective. The TV not functioning during my whole stay was a significant disappointment since the staff did not resolve it despite multiple reports.
